- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar discipline.
- A hands-on management style with experience in coaching and mentoring a geographically scattered sales team.
- Excellent organizational, planning and problem solving skills.
- Interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term Team Member relationships.
- A high energy, enthusiastic team player.
- Self-starter excited by the prospect of working with a high growth company.
- Day travel within the territory.
- Candidates with Church and School fund raising experience are STRONGLY encouraged to apply.
